      Tech stack and integrations are out of control

      Pros

      Pretty good work/life balance. But it stops there.

      Cons

      Microservice architechture is about to get out of hands. So many systems, integrations, codebases, different languages, microservices etc. that you get tired just thinking of it. Architechture has made a really bad job which is starting to shine through. To keep this ship afloat company will need to employ more developers, which is not easy since many are leaving for other companies.
