      - Friendly colleagues and collaborative work environment - Transparent leadership and regular communication - Amazing work / life balance due to reporting regionally vs globally

      Cons

      - Sinch acquired several companies meaning lots of work to consolidate systems and data. This is still happening after several years on - Would love more diversity in the office - Too quiet in the office, however it's also due to respecting one another so could be a pro too :)
