      Awesome Being at Sinch

      Pros

      It is a faced paced industry that Sinch is a part of. In a cusp of telecom, BFSI, retail, manufacturing and other exciting industries. This makes life very exciting at Sinch. Bringing in the most exciting innovations to the Indian market is a huge plus. The empowerment to act with speed and impact is high.

      Cons

      I do not find any cons in working with Sinch. I wish I had joined them earlier.

There’s a real emphasis on work-life balance, and they offer flexible working hours, which is a huge plus. Management is approachable and transparent, and there's a strong focus on professional development. The team is collaborative, and there's always a willingness to share knowledge and support each other. The company's commitment to innovation and improving its products and services makes it an exciting place to grow.

      Cons

      Nothing actually... it just the workload can be demanding during the specific period, but it's manageable with the support from colleagues and management.
