      At first, it paid a little more and was less nasty than working in fast food.As in retail, they don't pay well as their goal is to keep overhead as low as possible, so they don't attract good workers or good management, and if they do get someone good, the worker doesn't stay with the company.

      Pros

      Bagels, Snacks, and Coffee! Bonuses are nice, and benefits are good.

      Cons

      I have work at the company over 5 years, and the company has been going downhill from there. Management has big egos. Mangers dating fellow employees, and playing favoritism between employees. Mangers do not have anyones backs but there own that causes high turn around rates.

      Pros

      Sinclair owns A LOT of stations, so there is much opportunity to make lateral moves and stay within the company. They really take care of their own and want you to succeed. Health insurance is fantastic.

      Cons

      401(k) is awful. Basically, for what they offer, you'll retire at 80.
