      Pros

      Lots of good co workers. Lots of things to work on. Pay was not bad. I looked forward to going to work.

      Cons

      Company grew too fast. Complete change in culture. Went from upper management holding on to fiefdom power so long that many things stalled to management growing like a cancer. New people arrived in such volume that the existing culture was destroyed. At this time there are many long term employee's (10 years+) leaving.

      Pros

      We just recently got a new building, so everything is nice and new. Everyone is pretty nice as well. Management seems to care.

      Cons

      It's hard to get promoted, especially if you want to be on-air. Sometimes you already know your way around the newsroom, yet they hire someone from out of state or out of town.

      Pros

      The staff is full of hard working professionals who care about their work and are willing to help those around them succeed.

      Cons

      Upper management lends no support to the day to day workers. All meetings start with threats of being let go or fired if you do not perform right away yet there is little to no useful training to do things correctly. Giving me a task and telling me to get it done is not training, its covering yourself in case things go bad.
