      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, easy to trade shifts. Many opportunities to cross train and have a well rounded set of skills. Good growth opportunities. Supervisors are open to suggestions and have high standards.

      Cons

      Pay and raises are the equivalent of the fast food industry, but with much higher expectations and skillsets. Regardless of how many areas of production you know, your pay does not change. Other departments are also underpaid significantly. Supervisors are sympathetic and recognize employees are not paid appropriately.

      Aggressive commitment to new revenues. Company has decided on what they want to be and are aggressively pursuing it through acquisition and leverage.

      Cons

      Uncoordinated company goals. Too many objectives direct from corporate. Decreasing local direction and opportunity to pursue local goals

      Great cutting edge products that work well. They respond well to trends in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Management is negative and short-sided with each success followed not with appreciation, but a higher expection each day, and anything less is a failure. Over time becoming unmanageable.
