      Pros

      Work with great guys in my department. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Super corporate. They don't respect the "underlings" and will fire you for the smallest mistake but no praise for going above and beyond. The compensation is garbage for what I do.

      Pros

      They offer decent compensation and benefits, many great coworkers who care about their team, possible potential to move to other markets.

      Cons

      Unqualified local management which was propped up by corporate, took credit for employees' successes and routinely threw people under the bus. Corporate was clueless in certain markets and upper level management is condescending, pushing down one-size-fits-all edicts.
