Was a good intro job with corporate overview

It was a fantastic job when I started with a great work schedule and good pace go work throughout the day. Things did get added on later (check cons)

Cons

It wasn’t what it was when I started. On one hand, they need extra work to survive in a dying market of local tv news but on the other, getting the extra work wasn’t justified with extra income &/or a specific editor to ONLY do one task.

Established company Pay isn't horrible for a big city Job Security

Cons

Management sucks and they don't do anything about the bad ones, they have a very conservative agenda so if you don't fall within that view, it can be difficult to deal with. You have a lot of editing to do to maintain unbiased coverage locally.
