Pros

Walking in the door and seeing the light that pops up on our residents faces when they see me walk in the door, that what I love seeing it makes my day.

Cons

Getting attached to our friends and having to say goodbye they say it gets easier well I've been in this work for over 15 plus and it doesn't.

Pros

Some people are great for the info and help they assist and always have a smile on their face, while others, you can’t even approach.

Cons

This place is a disgrace. It’s old, the managers hate each other and you hear them gossiping all day. Nothing is kept private, not even the health of the residents. All they care about are numbers!
