      Pros

      Company has a good reputation in the Detroit area. Colleagues are generally coopertive and fun. Meetings are kept to a minimum.

      Cons

      Very top-down organization. Management does not want feedback/questions/ideas from staff in the field. Some positions have insanely high turnover - stay away from these.
