None. There is absolutely nothing great about working here whether you are in senior living, leasing apts, or in management at the corporate office. Do not do it to yourself.

Great residents, not so great management

Pros

You get to meet and work with wonderful residents and their families. They become 2nd families to you. Even though management attitude wasn't the greatest, the care of the residents was never jeopardized or short changed. They are always the priority.

Cons

High employee turn over rates. One particular site- management is not as involved as they portrayed themselves to be to upper management. Do as I say, not as I do attitude by some people.
