Pros

The residents and families are the only pros for working for this company.

Cons

So many Cons: Pay, unlivable wages, meager pay raises. Management doesn't follow its company handbook for employees. Lazy workers who treat residents poorly. No opportunity for career growth. The company charges residents so much money, however the food is bad, activities are junky, maintenance is shotty, and pay is horrible. It looks good on the surface, however, the way they treat the residents and the loyal employees is horrific.

My experience with Singh Management was disappointing. HR often gives employees job titles that sound lower than the work they’re actually doing. This allows them to pay people less than what the job is really worth. They also write job descriptions in a way that hides the true responsibilities. It feels like a strategy to undervalue employees and avoid fair compensation. Even though they claim to care about their staff, in reality, there’s little support, low wages, and no clear path to grow your career. If you're thinking about working here, make sure you ask detailed questions about the job, the pay, and future opportunities. Don’t trust the title or description alone.
