Too much drama hire unexperianced workers have to train all hires with no extra pay grade you're own performance review then they tell you we can give you all good marks then proceed to lessen your score witch score determines your raise percentage and we are talking chicken feed far as raise gose most you can receive is 45 cents to 50 very low on prevailing wage if you have been with the company 14 to 18 years you may break 40k a year but new hires with no to little experience make 18 an hour so if you quit after 8 years making 16 an hour get hired back in making 18 you can save 3 to 4 years of working to get paid what your worth let's be honest you can work anywhere and you don't have to work for singh but if you are dedicated and loyal for years it will not reflect in your pay here

Everyone is quitting and going elsewhere for better pay. Singh is very cheap and will just let good employees walk out the door. They will hire an outside company and pay much more rather than just pay their employees what the are worth, especially the ones that worked and hung in there thru the worst of the pandemic. I can see many more are going to be leaving and the ones that stay have all that extra work thrown on top of them.
