Full-time has great benefits. PTO is acquired fast and management lets you use it when needed.

Cons

Everyday is the same. Residents are allowed to be rude and disrespectful with no consequences. Work as hard as the manager or harder and no raises or bonus. Management gets bonuses every 3 months, plus raises every year. If you get HR involved in an issue just kiss advancement good-bye.

My site manager was the only good thing to come from this company.

Cons

Expected to work long hours with little to no reward for going above and beyond. Corporate managers have a tendency to talk down to employees at lower levels. This company does not care about it residents or it’s employees.
