Pros

Being a part of a well known company in the Michigan multi-family industry. Friendly corporate level staff.

Cons

Underpaid compared to other property management companies. Tasks and responsibilities are increased, but staff is not compensated and expected to take them on and can be penalized of not properly fullfilled. This is likely due to company trying to find ways to save money. It is a business after all.

Residents were sweet, just like any other facility. That's the only pro.

Cons

NO leadership from owners down. No advocacy for employees. Regional directors and executive directors express negative and poor behaviors. Some department managers micromanage and entangle themselves in every other department creating drama. All. The. Time.
