This hospital was full of great and friendly people. Great work environment, positive attitudes each day I came to work. I felt that I was appreciated for a job well done.

Cons

Work was not always evenly distributed and sometimes those who worked harder received a heavier patient load. High drug seeking patient population.

Shady upper management. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is prevalent. Nagging and reprimanding for insignificant reasons. Below par wages. Did I mention favoritism.
