Not the best hospital system to work for!

Pros

Known as the best hospital on the coastal area. Does a great job in taking care of their patients need.

Cons

Hospital is in debt. Patients never receive there bills (billing system error). Employees are high on the basis of "who they know" Pay is lower than any other state in the U.S.

Hideously poor nursing management at OSH (nurse managers & next level up). Will kill any enjoyment you get from helping people.
