Opportunity for growth, good benefits, lots of PTO

Cons

Failing Pension plan and 88 million dollar accounting adjustment made for a pitiful work environment. Fails to offer competitive market rates to top talent until the employee puts in a leave notice.

Co workers are wonderful. Everyone has each other's back. Pay is fair.

Cons

Controversy over benefit fiasco. Hospital is not seen in a good light over this. Sometimes it feels as though our ability to take care of our patients is questioned because of this.
