Pros
There isn't much to say about the Pros, there are some people there that work as a team.
Cons
Management is a joke. You get written up for stupid things such as talking too much or on he said she said gossip. You get a weekend off every 6 weeks. People are constantly calling in and then management says no overtime but they constantly call you in because of call offs. They waste so much supplies over new 'policy and procedures.' They are constantly never supplied for necessities such as dressings and medications because of the joke of a system called Omnicare.
