The pay was good. It wasn't good because they paid people well. It was good because I negotiated it well during my interview

Cons

The upper management doesn't believe in sharing constructive criticism privately. These awful peole believe in public humiliation, rude and disrespectful behavior, and even verbal abuse. It can lead to terrible depression. Please stay awy if you can

I fail to see any reaon why anyone in the right state of mind would ever want to work here.

Cons

Employees actively work against each other instead of collaborating together becuse management keeps promoting a toxic competitive work culture in the company. which they do in order to trick people into meeting the insane targets they set.

It's all about the management, nothing good comes to us employees.

Cons

Solutions offered by mere employees were blatantly disregarded by management. Issues about employment, the brutal hours, terrible pay rate were also blatantly ignored. Basically, everything that involves the employees were not paid attention to.
