I became aware and open-minded to employees' abuse, and this shall be may advocacy!

Cons

It was terrible to witness how the management callously took advantage of the rights of every employees. The lack of respect fir employees' well-being and basic rights was truly appalling. It seemed like they derived pleasure from subjecting us to unfair treatment and exploitation. The management's complete disregard for ethical practices and their unflinching willingness to engage in such behavior without second thought was deeply disturbing. It felt as if they were driven by a malevolent force, and their actions were nothing short of evil. Be cautious and be aware of this hell!

Pros

MemSQL has tremendous potential both in the product and team. I truly feel like I work with the some of the brightest people in San Francisco. Team - Easy to work with. Engineers are top tier. Leadership - Most of the leadership has just started, so it's hard to give an adequate review at this point in time. Managers are looking to hire people that are highly skilled and encourage autonomy. Environment - Office is comfortable with a warm atmosphere. Lunch and dinner is catered. There are dogs, games and other typical startup perks. Personal equipment and workspace is also top notch.

Cons

There's not much to say about cons at this point in time. The company is still young and lacks a formal review process and feedback for employees. For some, that could be viewed as a con.

Cons

The owner had a condescending attitude, always treating people like they were incompetent or clueless. It felt like management distrusted the entire sales team. Constantly questioning every decision we made, no matter how small. They were patronizing and dismissive, offering no real support while pretending to care about your success. Leadership seemed more interested in inflating their egos than in actually understanding what their employees needed to succeed. Overall, it was a frustrating and disheartening experience where communication felt like talking to a wall
