      Very driven people and collaborative work environment. Everyone is committed to delivering and improving on this game changing product. Good benefits, time off policy, compensation.

      No major cons. Its a start-up so the fast paced culture means a lot of changing priorities. Its necessary to have an adaptable and versatile mindset.

      - Base pay is competitive and variable comp is motivating - New reps have 6 months to ramp up - Sales enablement gets you ready to pitch and compete - You have access to every sales tool you can imagine - Everyone is committed to winning every deal - Marketing is a great partner in innovating ways to increase brand awareness

      Cons

      - Processes are not fully documented but you are expected to know them (scale up environment) - Work life balance can be challenging at times (no surprise there), but they recognize this by giving a 3 day weekend every month - Some micromanagement from leadership, but it's to ensure we all WIN
