- Product is good and performs well, although it plays in the highly competitive database space with well established players - Addresses some of the unique use cases really well, but yet to establish itself as a generic data platform

Cons

- Biggest challenge is the culture - highly toxic environment with a close circle of CEO followers who controls everyones destiny. If the CEO happens to like your vibe, you are set, else you're bound to have a rough/short ride - Highly demanding work environment where the expectation is to show up over the weekends too.

- Fully remote with flexible hours. - Managers are very technical and care that the work gets done with quality. - No micro-managing and high level of autonomy to work on your tasks. - Lots of very talented people to learn from.

- Pressure to complete tasks on a short deadline. - Often work more than 8 hours per day.

SingleStore is a company that you should definitely AVOID. This place has an awful culture due to the terrible management and company structure. Employees are pit against one another because the leadership is toocheap to provide more opportunites for the employees to advance. Don't work here.
