Great product but highly toxic culture

- Product is good and performs well, although it plays in the highly competitive database space with well established players - Addresses some of the unique use cases really well, but yet to establish itself as a generic data platform

Cons

- Biggest challenge is the culture - highly toxic environment with a close circle of CEO followers who controls everyones destiny. If the CEO happens to like your vibe, you are set, else you're bound to have a rough/short ride - Highly demanding work environment where the expectation is to show up over the weekends too.

We still get our health insurance but at a high cost!

Beware of joining this company because the CEO is a dictator! He meddles with everyone's work and he himself is the reason your productivity declines, but you still get the blame! Management is useless and incompetent because they can't make decisions! Work conditions are awful, don't work here!

This company is full of favorites that got promoted easily. It feels like promotions are handed out based on who's friends with the leadership rather than who deserves them. It's like they're playing favorites, and it's clear that some employee are getting ahead because of it. The lack of fair promotion opportunities is frustrating, and it creates a toxic work environment. But that's not the worst of it. Some employee have to deal with uncomfortable situations related to sexual harassment, and even inappropriate behavior like drunk drinking at work. It's unacceptable and makes this company an uncomfortable and unsafe place to work. Avoid it if you value a fair and harassment-free workplace.
