      The only lesson worth taking away is learning exactly what kind of leader not to become.

      Leadership is filled with dishonest individuals who gained power through deception. Arrogant and cruel personalities dominate, treating employees with contempt. Enduring this company is exhausting and demoralizing for anyone who values respect and integrity.

      The compensation was ok and competitive.
