      Pros

      If I have to name one thing, I’d probably say that they pay decently. Sadly, that’s not a good reason to work or stay here.

      Cons

      The people at the top are the worst. They offer terrible job security as they have a horrible habit of firing people for no reason. Their awful attitude makes employees feel insecure and scared. It’s a brutal experience for most employees with families. I wouldn’t recommend this employer to anyone.

      Pros

      Sharp and helpful colleagues and strong collaboration across teams. No micromanaging. I work on challenging features and get to play with a pretty modern tech stack. Super flexible WFH setup. Competitive pay and benefits. Leadership's pretty open - no weird hierarchy stuff.

      Cons

      Sprints can feel really rushed sometimes.
