I don't think there are any upsides to working for this employer. I have had the worst possible experience here.

Cons

The focus of the leadership is flawed. These horrible people haven't made a mark in the industry and expect employees to outperform. This awful attitude means employees are always under pressure. The work stress is insane, and the communication is terrible too. You won't find anything to be happy about.

1. I like this job, which involves troubleshooting and digging into how databases work. 2. My teammates are happy to collaborate, making it much easier to solve problems. 3. Everyone’s open to sharing knowledge. Managers listen to feedback and use it to improve tools, docs, and internal processes. Flexible PTO, monthly 3-day weekends, and health insurance

Cons

I’m constantly learning and solving new problems, which is great, but can be a bit demanding sometimes.
