      Pros

      I'm among engineers who truly care about building quality systems, and that makes a huge difference in my day-to-day work. The environment is calm but focused, and people bring solutions, not attitude, to the table. I never feel like I’m wasting time on internal politics or unnecessary tasks. Everyone here is motivated but easygoing, which makes collaboration a pleasure.

      Onboarding could be more hands-on during the first couple of weeks.

      - WFH gives flexibility of getting things done. - The Salary band is decent. - Culture is good.

      Cons

      - The management has to stop firing people. - The market is not well set up and ppl still have no idea about the company which makes the company visibility very blurred.
