      - Career growth is real and not lip service - I get to work on different projects without a manager constantly breathing down my neck - Performance reviews are respectful and constructive - Deadlines are firm but flexible when needed - Team is diverse in skillsets

      You’re surrounded by talented engineers serious about doing things right. The pay is competitive, with bonuses, equity, and raises. There are also solid benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and mental health support. The remote setup works well thanks to stipends and good coordination.
