      Pros

      Your time is respected. No fluff, no noise—just clean builds and sharp minds. I know what I’m aiming for, and the team’s locked in. Enough guidance to stay aligned, but not so much that it slows you down. Focus on clarity and productivity.

      There are brilliant and hard-working people at SingleStore.

      Cons

      This company is failing and they know it. Toxic culture, the leadership has no idea about the company's direction. They will lie their hearts out by promising you stuff that they can never deliver. There were at least 4 rounds of layoffs during my short time there. Don't waste your time with this declining sweatshop.
