      Nothing. The company only cares about profit, and couldn't care less about providing employees with what they need.

      Cons

      SingleStore doesn't care about employees at all. You could go above and beyond of what's expected of you, provide the most value to the company, etc. and you won't even be acknowledged, much less rewarded, for the efforts you've made.
