      Pros

      Great place to learn, lots of good benefits, talented people to work with.

      Cons

      You can work very hard, over-achieve your quotas, make it to President's Club, and they will still lay you off when they have the occasion. SingleStore just hired three new "leaders", they know nothing about the company but they will treat you like you are worth nothing and serve you a bunch of lies. They will make you believe about their great diversity and inclusion values, but you look at the board and there are only men making poor decisions.

      - Job security feels solid - The company has a clear vision for growth - Regular feedback sessions keep expectations clear - Worked on cutting-edge, innovative projects - Staying productive feels effortless here - I’ve never felt pressured to work beyond my limits

      Pros

      If you roll up your sleeves and put in the work, you can make life changing money. Quotas aren’t unrealistic and definitely obtainable. New CRO is well equipped to create an environment for success. Slackers / demotivating staff members are quickly identified and removed which leaves a team of A players to work together and thrive.

      Cons

      Not many cons I can think of.
