      Pros

      The work is challenging in the right way, and there are many opportunities to grow if you're motivated to seize them. Management is generally supportive and values employee input. The people here are passionate about what they do and believe in working together as a team. The work-life balance is decent, but things can get hectic during big releases.

      The workload increases sharply at times, so it takes extra effort to keep up.

      Pros

      Some of my coworkers were very nice.

      Cons

      It's a TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR. They treat their employees with a lack of respect. They do provide opportunities for males, but not for females. I have never worked for such an incompetent group of people in my life. I'm thankful I got out of there before their toxic environment made me like them. Don't say you weren't warned.
