      Product is really performant and enterprise ready

      Cons

      - ultra toxic sales management - Nepotism at its best - Favoritism among AEs, if you are not part of the boys club you are either left starving or you will have your deals given away to their guys New sales management (US Head of Sales and enterprise Sales director) have a suspicious track record, inflating KPIs, unfairly pushing people to the exist to position their own guys I don’t give this company more than 24 months before it got acquired, flash sale type of thing Previous sales management was really good though but since the new one step in things went 360

      Everyone is VERY optimistic about growth potential even though there’s no data to support that belief and people survive by being vultures

      Cons

      Analytical DB but human relationships are transactional. Cowards, vultures, lapdogs in management, so ground reps are squeezed.

      The engineering team was talented, and the product had strong potential.

      Cons

      - The culture thrived on burnout, demanding constant availability, including weekends, with zero regard for personal time. - Work-life balance was a complete illusion. You either gave up your life for this job, or you were labeled uncomitted. - Any attempt to question the chaos or suggest improvements was crushed unless it came from the chosen few uin the upper ranks. - Career growth was nonexistent unless you were already favored by management. Everyone else was left to rot in the same role.
