      Pros

      If I have to name one thing, I’d probably say that they pay decently. Sadly, that’s not a good reason to work or stay here.

      Cons

      The people at the top are the worst. They offer terrible job security as they have a horrible habit of firing people for no reason. Their awful attitude makes employees feel insecure and scared. It’s a brutal experience for most employees with families. I wouldn’t recommend this employer to anyone.

      I don't think there are any upsides to working for this employer. I have had the worst possible experience here.

      Cons

      The focus of the leadership is flawed. These horrible people haven't made a mark in the industry and expect employees to outperform. This awful attitude means employees are always under pressure. The work stress is insane, and the communication is terrible too. You won't find anything to be happy about.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, lots of good benefits, talented people to work with.

      Cons

      You can work very hard, over-achieve your quotas, make it to President's Club, and they will still lay you off when they have the occasion. SingleStore just hired three new "leaders", they know nothing about the company but they will treat you like you are worth nothing and serve you a bunch of lies. They will make you believe about their great diversity and inclusion values, but you look at the board and there are only men making poor decisions.
