      Pros

      Some of my coworkers were very nice.

      Cons

      It's a TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR. They treat their employees with a lack of respect. They do provide opportunities for males, but not for females. I have never worked for such an incompetent group of people in my life. I'm thankful I got out of there before their toxic environment made me like them. Don't say you weren't warned.

      The team had smart and talented people.

      Cons

      Pressure came down from the CEO in ways that felt intemperate and unreasonable, leaving no room to feel supported. The environment became isolating as collaboration took a backseat to unrealistic expectations. There was little room for personal growth or learning because the demands piled on without proper resources. It was frustrating to watch priorities shift constantly while being expected to deliver perfect results without clarity or stability.

      Pros

      Constant innovation and great teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The tools provided are great. Strong focus on professional growth, competitive compensation package, supportive leadership team. I particularly enjoy being able to get things done without micromanagement.

      Cons

      I have no complaints so far.
