This company is full of favorites that got promoted easily. It feels like promotions are handed out based on who's friends with the leadership rather than who deserves them. It's like they're playing favorites, and it's clear that some employee are getting ahead because of it. The lack of fair promotion opportunities is frustrating, and it creates a toxic work environment. But that's not the worst of it. Some employee have to deal with uncomfortable situations related to sexual harassment, and even inappropriate behavior like drunk drinking at work. It's unacceptable and makes this company an uncomfortable and unsafe place to work. Avoid it if you value a fair and harassment-free workplace.
