Pros

First and foremost the work/life balance at Singlewire has been the best of any company I’ve worked for and this mainly is a result of great management and unlimited sick time. The management at Singlewire does everything in their power to make sure you actually love coming to work and I appreciate that. As far as compensation goes, Singlewire is definitely up there for the Madison area from my personal experience through jobs and offers. Also, the product that we work on really makes a difference in the world and numerous peoples lives have been saved because of it. It’s amazing knowing that I contribute to such software and gives me a great sense of purpose.

Pros

I have worked at Singlewire for a few months, and so far, my experience as a new hire has been very positive. -The company culture is great – all staff are very welcoming, helpful, and approachable. Everybody works hard but there is also a lot of flexibility -The onboarding experience as a new employee was very thorough and it allowed me to meet people from all different departments. I was also very impressed that there were built-in check-ins with my manager and HR so that we could talk about how the transition was going. -I love Singlewire’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, and ongoing education.

Pros

Still a great company to work for. The product makes a difference in the world. I love the culture in my department.

Cons

Company has been moving from a technology driven company to a marketing driven company. The product has suffered as a result. Health insurance isn't the best.
