Pros

The respect that management and other coworkers have for each other. They trust your decisions that you make. They are flexible with your schedule. You get to work with the latest in technologies. They have good benefits and the pay is pretty good. Yes, you could get paid better elsewhere but, you won't get the wonderful working environment that you get at CDW Berbee. They have some of the smartest consultants in the nation working at Berbee. The collaboration between coworkers is wonderful. You can send an email to a group and get responses very fast and they are better than vendor tech support.

Cons

You are very rarely in the office to "hang out" with the other coworkers.
