Pros

The only good thing about working at this company is the remote work.

Cons

Within just two weeks of joining this company, I experienced constant micromanagement—almost on an hourly basis—and was even subjected to blackmail during a one-on-one meeting. There's no support from anyone. This has been by far the worst company I've ever encountered.
