Pros

First and foremost the work/life balance at Singlewire has been the best of any company I’ve worked for and this mainly is a result of great management and unlimited sick time. The management at Singlewire does everything in their power to make sure you actually love coming to work and I appreciate that. As far as compensation goes, Singlewire is definitely up there for the Madison area from my personal experience through jobs and offers. Also, the product that we work on really makes a difference in the world and numerous peoples lives have been saved because of it. It’s amazing knowing that I contribute to such software and gives me a great sense of purpose.

Pros

The building has been newly renovated and is a nice environment to work in. The cubicles don't feel too crowded and have height adjustment desks. The breakroom is large and offers comfy chairs and booths with TVs connected to cable. There are a few perks like free soda/coffee, donuts on Fridays, and lunches for company meetings. Everyone is friendly and there are a lot of activities/events to get to know your coworkers. Covid has slowed this a little, but they have hosted a few events outdoors like our Annual Butterfly Release. This is a fun event that includes families and children. Happy Hours, Bean Bag Tournaments, Chili Cookoffs, Casino Night Holiday Party, Family Trick-or-Treating are a few events hosted in the past.

Cons

Payroll is monthly, can be a hard transition at first. Limited opportunities for career growth/promotions.
