Pros

Great bunch of people to work with. Good introduction to the broadcast industry; you learn a lot, very quickly. Can be flexible with work hours.

Cons

Managers are experts at telling you what you want to hear and making empty promises. Employees always come a far second to the business/profit, and their considerations are never truly acknowledged and discussed. Committed, hard work is rarely acknowledged or rewarded... Until you resign.
