Pros

Manager was cool, free drinks in the kitchen.

Cons

You work so hard and don’t get rewarded here. Worked on several things and promotion was handed off to someone else due to seniority. Hours are too long. Barely WFH, felt ashamed to ask. Upper management has the leeway to do whatever their heart pleases yet lower ranked people have to think twice. Titles/pay don’t match up to the work. They really need to reward or appreciate hard working people because they do end up leaving. Culture is super toxic, too many cliques and groups and some people are not welcoming, making it really hard to adjust when new.

Pros

Average pay. 15 days off/yr to start. Other than days off the benefits are bad.

Cons

Any negative reviews you might read on here are true. Highly political with petty grudges, some upper mgmt are just plain disrespectful, and people talking bad about each other behind their backs. Company culture ranges from non-existent to depressing. No real raises to speak of, and promotions won't happen for 3-4 years so you have to be patient to get recognized, even as a top performer. Managers use the stick and not the carrot to "motivate" in a chaotic environment. There are good VPs but bad VPs are more common.
