Pros

You get free soda. When you first start that make you feel like it's going to be great it's a trick don't fall it.

Cons

The software that we use do not work Your computer May completely shut down in the middle of a call Hugh tell the supervisor and they just tell you to move to another seat They don't follow their own procedures and protocols Nothing is black-and-white everything is great it's a 50-50 chance no matter what you do that it could or could not be good. They don't care about their employees at all

Pros

I worked in the IT Infrastructure department. I liked my coworkers and being able to work from home some. The benefits are pretty good and we had "summer hours".

Cons

My direct supervisor was not qualifed and upper management did not address it. Purchasing new equipment and renewing maintenance was an onerous multi-month process. The IT department was leading edge when I started but has slid drastically. Frequently maintenance is not current and vendor support is not available. Upper management does not support their employees.

Do Yourself A Favor - Don't Work Here

Pros

In my experience, there were no pros. Actually there was one, the salary, for me, was a good jump up but everything comes with a price and here, that's your mental health.

Cons

I saw red flags from the beginning but gave it a shot anyway. I didn't even complete the online application and they contacted me. Either I have awesome skills or they were desparate. Not to put myself down but after starting, they were desparate. Probably because no one wants to work for the department I was in or for those that run the department. The phone interviews were horrible along with unprofessional. They don't care about/value their employees even when you voice your concerns. Lack of communication, engagement, involvement and organization run rampant. There was no on boarding/training at all, they just throw you at a desk. I should have been involved more but like I said, even after voicing my concerns, I was still ignored and left to twiddle my thumbs. It was mentally taxing, almost from the get-go, to the point it got really difficult to get out of bed in the mornings to go in. All around, it's a very unhealthy envrionment. I've heard the same things from others who still work there (God knows why) and others who used to work there. Even outside recruiters have heard these and other negative things about the company. So in closing, believe me, find another place to work. You'll be a lot happier.
