      Pros

      free Sirius and Pandora subscription, friendly but exhausted team members

      Cons

      lack of strategic leadership, lack of focus, lots of turnover in c-suite, constant layoffs, very stressful work environment and always a lot of firedrills that lead nowhere

      Pros

      Compensation can be descent depending on the team. Free subscription to SXM & Pandora.

      Cons

      Many rounds of staff reductions in recent years. Communication issues have repeatedly shown up in employee surveys, leaders acknowledge there are issues, but nothing meaningful ever changes or improves. In fact, I would say it's only gotten worse in the past year. Leadership keeps repeating the same mistakes.
