- Micromanagement - You have to fill timesheets accounting for each minute of the week. - Very authoritative style of management- Its basically my way or high way. - Stock keeps tanking despite so much code churn. - Extremely low pay, too much work. - Too many contractors (and that too expensive ones).

I have been fighting to have equal pay to male peers and have been lied to by management to keep me complacent. Disgusting. The high ranking women preach equity but will let lower level employees flounder.
