Many good associates to work with.

Cons

Survival seems to depend less on performance and more on one's ability to align with particular groups. People at director level tend to delegate too much responsibility to managers below them. Makes for confusion and - in the case of contractors - unpaid overtime. Can be a great lon term gig if you learn to "play the game".
