Poor salary, telecommute options are based on if management likes you, career advancement is almost non-existent if you aren't hand picked by senior management, There is no definitive mechanism for reviews therefore bonuses/promotions are often not merit based; cronyism- specifically in Channel Management.; corporate environment is horrible, creating lazy and miserable workforce.
