A strange organizational structure, a bit of chaos, but nice people and work atmosphere.

- Overall, very nice people to work with. - A fair expectation of work hours. Not a sweat shop. - The programming portion of the business is interesting.

Cons

- The way the brand group operates is very odd. They run campaigns separate from the other groups, and have final approval of all work, but do not really provide strategic leadership. - The company is very conservative with their creative approach. - The radio sales portion of the business is kind of dull (especially after-market radios, very few changes in lineup over time).

Pros

All job positions here sound important but many do not require a degree. I guess they make you feel more important that way but would be nice if the the pay reflects the title.

Cons

Had this job for quite a few years. Literally worked for peanuts after factoring in casual overtime. Feel sorry for the poor schlump who took this job after I left.

I worked with some great people, and you're selling a product people love and are passionate about.

Cons

Surprisingly patriarchal and old-fashioned management style. The economics are tight - it always seems like we're one day away from bankruptcy! Even within the tech team, there's very serious concern about the long-term validity of the product and business model.
