Overworked, underpaid, just like everyone else here.
Pros
Free snacks. Get to meet celebrities. 401K plan. Good co-workers on the ground floor.
Cons
Overpaid CEO. Too much work for too little pay. Very difficult to get promoted within the company. Upper management doesn't care for the lower level employees and even people one rung above you on the ladder will kick down so that you can't get up any higher. Company resources aren't allocated responsibly. And you better hope the VP in charge of your network doesn't have a random elevator run-in with the chief content officer, or your entire job duties are going to change overnight on Scott Greenstein's whim. That's not a personal anecdote, it's something that I witnessed happen to countless co-workers over the years across a diversity of networks. Did I mention the CEO is disgustingly overpaid, while the people who actually make the content are severely underpaid?
